Cooking instructions
STOVE TOP | 1. In a 2-qt. saucepan, completely submerge one unopened bag of rice in 4 cups of boiling water (for two bags, double the amount of water and use a larger saucepan). | 2. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes for firmer rice or 14 minutes for softer rice. Remove bag from water and drain. | 3. Open bag and pour contents into a serving dish. Fluff with fork and serve. | ALTERNATE COOK METHOD: | MICROWAVE | 1. In a 2-qt. microwave-safe glass dish, completely submerge one unopened bag of rice in 3 cups of water. | 2. Cover with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap and cook on high for 15 minutes. | 3. Carefully remove bag from water and drain. Open bag and pour contents into a serving dish. Fluff with fork and serve. | *CAUTION – Be careful when removing cover. Product will be hot.* | Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed. | TO RETAIN VITAMINS DO NOT RINSE BEFORE COOKING OR DRAIN AFTER COOKING
