Cooking instructions
Stove Top | 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and 1¾ cups water in a medium saucepan. Stir well. | 2. Bring to a full boil, reduce heat (medium-low to medium) and simmer covered 10-12 minutes until most water is absorbed. | 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. | To Prepare 2 Boxes | Use 2¾ cups of water and follow stove-top cooking directions. | Microwave* | 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet and 1¾ cups water in a microwave-safe glass dish. Stir well. | 2. Cover tightly with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 12-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. | 3. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. | *Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed. | TO RETAIN VITAMINS DO NOT RINSE BEFORE COOKING OR DRAIN AFTER COOKING
